LANGUAGE OF UNIVERSE
Perhaps the language of the universe is written in the petals of a rose, telling us of beauty, of the promise of spring, and of the undying power of love."
On page 77 of the book "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho -
Santiago, the shepherd boy who
is the protagonist of the story, meets an Englishman who is seeking the
Alchemist. The Englishman is obsessed with reading books and acquiring
knowledge, but he has not made any progress towards his goal of finding the
Alchemist. Santiago realizes that the Englishman is missing the important
lessons that can be learned from the world around us and from our own
experiences. Santiago advises the Englishman to listen to his heart and follow
his intuition, instead of solely relying on books and theories. This
realization helps Santiago to understand that the true wisdom comes from
listening to the language of the universe and following one's own destiny.
