ZenMO - MONK MODE

Monkhood is a way of life, a path to enlightenment," said by a great Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh. Monk Mode is a concept that has gained popularity in recent times, which refers to a period of time where one intentionally isolates themselves from the world to focus on self-improvement, self-reflection, and personal growth. It is a term that has been coined to describe a period where an individual completely disconnects from all distractions and external stimuli, such as social media, entertainment, and other activities that can divert their attention. By practicing Monk Mode, one can achieve a sense of inner peace, clarity of mind, and a deeper understanding of oneself. This concept is not limited to monks or spiritual leaders; anyone can practice Monk Mode, regardless of their beliefs or profession. It is a powerful tool that can help individuals to develop new habits, cultivate self-discipline, and achieve their goals.

MATHEMATICS AND UNIVERSE

"Mathematics is the language in which God has written the universe." - Galileo Galilei Mathematics is often said to have a relation with the universe because it is a language that allows us to describe and understand the patterns and relationships that exist in the natural world. Through mathematical equations and models, we can describe the behavior of physical phenomena, such as the motion of objects, the flow of fluids, and the behavior of light and sound. Furthermore, many fundamental physical theories, such as classical mechanics, electromagnetism, and quantum mechanics, rely heavily on mathematical concepts and principles. In fact, some of the most successful and widely accepted theories in physics, such as Einstein's theory of general relativity, were developed using sophisticated mathematical tools. The ability of mathematics to accurately describe and predict the behavior of the natural world has led some to speculate that the universe itself may be inherently ...

LANGUAGE OF UNIVERSE

Perhaps the language of the universe is written in the petals of a rose, telling us of beauty, of the promise of spring, and of the undying power of love." On page 77 of the book "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho -  Santiago, the shepherd boy who is the protagonist of the story, meets an Englishman who is seeking the Alchemist. The Englishman is obsessed with reading books and acquiring knowledge, but he has not made any progress towards his goal of finding the Alchemist. Santiago realizes that the Englishman is missing the important lessons that can be learned from the world around us and from our own experiences. Santiago advises the Englishman to listen to his heart and follow his intuition, instead of solely relying on books and theories. This realization helps Santiago to understand that the true wisdom comes from listening to the language of the universe and following one's own destiny.
